$20 / Additional occupants after 6 people, per night

$20 Extra for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday

$40 Cleaning fee

$50 Pet fee per pet, per visit

Terms & Conditions

  • ​Tenant’s responsibility to leave the premises in like condition
  • We will collect a reservation deposit of $200 on booking.
  • Cancelation must be made minimum 7 days prior to arrival date or cancelation fee of $200 will apply.
  • Full rental amount is due upon arrival. Deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.
  • Quiet time is requested from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.​
  • Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
